South Carolina SCDOT - SC-M-203-1 - Geogrid for Separation & Stabilization - Moderate Survivability - 12.5' x 328' Roll - BXG110

Base Reinforcement Geogrid

The Mirafi BXG-series is a biaxial geogrid built to reinforce aggregate bases and stabilize soft subgrade.

Made from punched-and-drawn polypropylene, these rigid geogrids confine aggregate through their apertures, spreading loads and reducing rutting over weak soils. They are used under roads, parking lots, and working platforms for base course reinforcement.

The BXG-series lets designers reduce aggregate thickness and extend service life, providing all-directional stiffness that keeps the base intact under repeated traffic loading.

This fabric meets the specifications as outlined in the SCDOT requirements for the described material use. It is the purchaser's responsibility to verify this information independently. For further specification information please view the TENCATE / Solmax DOT Chart >
