What is the standard lead time for order processing?
Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. For bulk or custom material orders, lead times may vary between 5-10 business days depending on current supply chain availability.
Do you offer international shipping for large-scale materials?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the materials and the destination country. Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties.
What is your return policy for industrial supplies?
We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of our products, materials that have been cut, mixed, or custom-fabricated are not eligible for return unless a defect is present.
Are your materials compliant with industry safety standards?
Absolutely. All Paramount Materials products undergo rigorous quality control and meet or exceed relevant ISO and safety certifications. Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are available upon request for all chemical and composite products.
What payment methods do you accept for business accounts?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and wire transfers. For established business partners and bulk buyers, we also offer net-30 terms subject to credit approval.
How can I track the status of my freight shipment?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's portal. For LTL (Less Than Truckload) shipments, our logistics team will provide a direct Bill of Lading (BOL) number.
